Steve Brown is currently President of Chemstations, Inc, a Datacor company, a worldwide leader in process simulation software, supplying the process industries and associated fields since 1988. Chemstations offers CHEMCAD, an integrated suite of intuitive chemical process engineering software, actively used by more than 800 organizations around the world. He helped define and grow the business as a privately held entity and continues to lead the division after the 2021 acquisition by Datacor where he has had roles in technical support, sales, marketing, and management. For 29 years, he has devoted his career to chemical process simulation software and promoting the impact of chemical engineers and chemical engineering on a variety of humanity’s challenges.
Steve received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
