Chris Chandler
EVP and COO, Plains All American
Chris Chandler is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Plains All America. He is responsible for their US and Canadian operations and engineering organizations. Chandler has more than 20 years of energy industry experience, joining Plains in 2018. Previously, he served in a number of leadership roles at Phillips 66, most recently as General Manager, Corporate Strategy, and prior to that as General Manager, Midstream Commercial and Business Development, as well as numerous leadership roles in refining. He has bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California – Los Angeles.
